All guests must complete the Guest Registration and Waiver Form within 24 hours of entering the club.

Members must pay for their guests' at the time of their visit.
Payment must be made by CHECK or GUEST COUPON.
MEMBERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO RUN GUEST TABS.

MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GUESTS CONDUCT AND COMPLIANCE WITH CLUB RULES.  

MEMBERS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO
CLUB PROPERTY THAT IS CAUSED BY THEIR GUESTS.
