SWIM & DIVE TEAM FEES:
ONE CHILD - $160 TWO CHILDREN - $320 3 or more children - $375 4 SWIM VOLUNTEER HOURS PER FAMILY Unfulfilled swim hours will result in a $200 penalty per family. If you know you are unable to complete these hours, you may "Buy-Out" your hours, in advance, for the reduced fee of $125.00. Please submit/mail this form along with your non- refundable registration fee to Carleen Thompson or Lisa Crockett by May 10th. Checks should be made payable to SSSC. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED!! | ||
